Abstract
This article presents a succinct overview of the wealth of experiential knowledge amassed by Professor Hui Jianrong in the domains of"Tiaoyang Jiannao"Head-face Rejuvenation Anti-aging Aesthetics Techniques.It expounds on the concrete content of Professor Xi's seven-step"Tiaoyang Jiannao"Head-face Rejuvenation Anti-aging Aesthetics Techniques.These steps encompass the"Tila Roujing"neck lifting and kneading technique,"Fangsong Kouchun"lip relaxation technique,"Bibu Yangyan"nasal aesthetic maintenance technique,"Xingmu Liangyan"eye-dazzling massage technique,"QuZhouMeiE"forehead elegance promotion and wrinkle attenuation technique,"Conger Jianshen"auditory acuity and physical fitness enhancement technique,and the prime"Tiaoyang Jiannao"head-face rejuvenation anti-aging aesthetics technique.Moreover,this article encapsulates the salient attributes of these techniques,underscoring their primary objectives of enhancing Yang-Qi,fostering the brain,and augmenting intellect while concurrently combating the inexorable progression of aging.Significantly,it incorporates an illustrative experience that harmonizes theoretical constructs with real-world applications within the realm of traditional Chinese medicine,specifically as it pertains to the realm of beauty enhancement and anti-aging interventions.This study introduces novel methodologies and vantage points,enriching the arena of research devoted to the pragmatic applications of Chinese medicine in the sphere of beauty enhancement and anti-aging.关键词
