成人重度牙周病患者应用隐形矫治器对牙槽骨改建的影响
Effects of Invisible Appliance on Alveolar Bone Remodeling in Adult Patients with Severe Periodontal Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of invisible appliance on alveolar bone remodeling in adult patients with severe periodontal disease.Methods A total of 82 patients with severe periodontal disease who were treated with invisible appliance in Stomatology Department of Hebei Petro China Central Hospital were enrolled between January 2020 and June 2021.The changes of maxillary incisors position,lip inclination,alveolar bone height and density before and after treatment were observed.The periodontal health status of patients was recorded.Results After treatment,tooth loosening was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in CEJ-BM-La or CEJ-BM-Li(P＞0.05).After treatment,lip inclination,Cu-PP,Cu-PL and Aa-PP were decreased,while Aa-PL was increased(P＜0.05).After treatment,alveolar bone height in labial,lingual,mesial and distal sites,and average alveolar bone height were higher than those before treatment.After treatment,alveolar bone density of lingual site in alveolar ridge crest was decreased(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference in alveolar bone density of labial site in alveolar ridge crest,labial site in central root,lingual site in central root,labial site in apical area and lingual site in apical area before and after treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,alveolar bone resorption was relieved compared with that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,PLI was decreased(P＜0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in GI,PD or SBI(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application effect of invisible appliance is satisfied in alveolar bone of adult patients with severe periodontal disease,which can effectively reconstruct alveolar bone and improve oral plaque condition.It is necessary to conduct regular reexamination,pay attentions to changes of alveolar bone status and keep oral health.关键词
