工业大麻CsMYB17基因克隆与表达分析
Cloning and Expression Analysis of CsMYB17in Industrial Hemp
摘要
Abstract
To explore the potential function of CsMYB17 gene in the development of industrial hemp,CsMYB17was cloned from accession DMG265,and its sequence was used for bioinformatics a-nalysis.The results showed that CDS of CsMYB17region was 1005 bp,encoding 334 amino acids,which belonged to hydrophilic proteins and had non-transmembrane structure and signal peptide.The secondary structure of CsMYB17was random coil,which had a high homology with AaMYB of Artemisia annua.The expression pattern of CsMYB17in different tissues was analysed.The results showed that the expres-sion of CsMYB17was higher in female flowers and glandular trichomes than in other tissues.The study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the function of CsMYB17in the development of industrial hemp.关键词
