Abstract
This paper takes Longhui County in Shaoyang City,Hunan Province,as a case study to deeply summarize the current state of county economic development.The primary issues faced,including slow economic growth,insufficient industrial structure adjustment,low levels of economic openness,and tight fiscal resources were analyzed.Based on the analysis of the current economic situation,the paper proposes strategic choices and primary measures to accelerate development.It emphasizes the implemen-tation of strategies such as strengthening the county through industrial development,enriching the county through open development,promoting the county through brand creation,and invigorating the county through institutional innovation.These strategies aim to optimize the county's economic structure,en-hance its level of openness,and strengthen its fiscal resources,thereby promoting rapid and healthy eco-nomic development in Longhui County.关键词
