陕西省脱贫县卫生资源利用效率评价研究
Research on efficiency evaluation of health resources utilization in poverty relief counties from Shaanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To measure the efficiency of health resources utilization in poverty relief counties in Shaanxi Province and provide measures for improving the efficiency.Methods DEA model was used to con-duct a horizontal analysis of the cross-sectional data of 11 poverty relief counties in Shaanxi Province from 2015 to 2019,and Malmquist index model was used to conduct a dynamic analysis of the panel data from 2015 to 2019.Results The Pech of 6 counties is the best state,accounting for more than half,and the Pech of Yintai District is the lowest;The Sech of the four counties is the best state,less than half,among which Chengcheng County is the lowest.During the five years from 2015 to 2019,the Tfpch showed a fluctuating trend of ups and downs,and the u-tilization efficiency of health resources in Shaanxi Province showed an overall growth trend in the timeline,but the growth was not significant.Conclusions There was a large gap in the efficiency of health resource utilisation a-mong Shaanxi Province counties.The efficiency of health resources utilization in poverty relief counties increased;The main reason for low efficiency is insufficient output.关键词
