基于动态能力理论的县级公立医院高质量发展路径探索
Exploration of the path of highquality development of county-level public hospitals based on dynamic capability theory
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the high-quality development path of county-level public hospitals.Methods Based on the theory of dynamic capability,this paper constructed a practical analysis framework for high-quality development path of county-level public hospitals from three core dimensions of perception capability,coordination and integration capability,and reconfiguration capability.Drawn on the construction experience of Peoples Hospital of H District,this paper explored the high-quality development path of county-level public hospi-tals.Results In H District People's Hospital,outpatient and emergency visits,discharge numbers,average length of stay,third and fourth level operations,and patient satisfaction all increased steadily.Conclusions The acute perception ability of county-level public hospitals can make reasonable and accurate positioning,but there is insufficient perception openness.The coordination and integration ability of the system can achieve good operation results,but the driving force of the inner loop is insufficient.Effective reconfiguration ability can arouse the inno-vation ability to promote the high-quality development of county-level public hospitals.关键词
