Abstract
Objective Using information means optimizing the target management system of S Hospital,improving the operation efficiency of the hospital,and providing feasible working ideas for improving the manage-ment level of the hospital.Methods According to the actual work needs of the hospital,S Hospital uses informa-tion means to build a hospital operation platform that conforms to the work flow of S Hospitals target management system,abandons the previous fragmented and manual work mode,and starts the information target management work.Results Through the construction and practice of the information hospital objective management system,it provides functional modules including responsibility letter management,comprehensive evaluation,data analysis and platform management,which plays an important role in the improvement of the key operating indicators of the hospital.Conclusion The information hospital objective management system built by S Hospital can ensure the implementation of hospital objective management,improve hospital operation efficiency,break through data acqui-sition barriers,and provide reliable data for scientific management decisions.关键词
