远红光绿光侧面补光对水培番茄幼苗生长质量的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of side lighting with far-red and green light on the growth quality of hydroponic tomato seedling
为提高植物工厂番茄育苗壮苗指数和生理指标,以'京研'番茄作为研究对象,顶部照明LED光源的红蓝光配比设定为3:1,红光波长(660±10)nm,蓝光波长(450±10)nm,光合光子通量密度(PPFD)为250 μmol/(m2·s),光周期14 h/10h,设置7个处理:无侧面补光(CK)、绿光单侧补光(Gu)、远红光单侧补光(Fu)、绿光+远红光单侧补光(GFu)、绿光双侧补光(Gb)、远红光双侧补光(Fb)、绿光+远红光双侧补光(GFb),番茄育苗47 d后收获,测定各处理下番茄幼苗生长指标和生理指标参数.结果表明:与CK组相比,Fb处理的矮生红番茄茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重和壮苗指数提高,其中壮苗指数2提高了 33.6%;绿光补光Gu和Gb处理下番茄的生长指标显著降低,其中Gb处理的壮苗指数1下降了 53.1%;绿光补光Gu和Gb处理增加矮生红番茄叶绿素含量,而远红光补光Fu和Fb处理显著降低矮生红番茄叶绿素含量;绿光补光Gu和Gb处理显著降低矮生红番茄硝态氮含量,绿光或远红光补光显著提高矮生红番茄叶片的可溶性蛋白含量.综上,绿光补光抑制矮生红番茄幼苗的生长,远红光则促进生长,双侧补光效果强于单侧补光,远红光双侧补光促进作用最佳.
The aim of this study was improving the seedling index and physiological indicaters of tomato in plant factory.To explore the effects of side supplementary lighting with far-red and green light on the growth quality of hydroponic dwarf red tomato seedlings,Jingyan tomato was used as the research object.The ratio of red and blue light of the LED light lamps from the top lighting was set as 3 to 1.The red light wavelength was(660±10)nm,the blue light wavelength was(450±10)nm,and the light intensity(PPFD)was 250 μmol/(m2,s),with the photoperiod of 14 h/10 h.Seven treatments were set up,which were no lateral lighting supplement(CK),green light unilateral lighting supplement(Gu),far red light unilateral lighting supplement(Fu),green light+far red light unilateral lighting supplement(GFu),green light bilateral lighting supplement(Gb),far red light bilateral lighting supplement(Fb),and green light+far red light bilateral lighting supplement(GFb).Tomato seedlings were harvested after 47 days,and the growth index and physiological index parameters of tomato seedlings under each treatment were determined.The results showed that:compared with CK group,the stem diameter,aboveground dry weight,underground dry weight and strong seedling index of dwarf red tomato treated with Fb increased,and the strong seedling index 2 increased by 33.6%;The growth indexes of tomato under Gu and Gb treatments decreased significantly,and the strong seedling index 1 of GB treatment decreased by 53.1%;The Gu and Gb treatments with green light supplementation increased the chlorophyll content of dwarf red tomatoes,while the far red light supplementation treatment of Fu and Fb significantly reduced the chlorophyll content of dwarf red tomatoes;Green light supplementation with Gu and Gb significantly reduced the nitrate nitrogen content in dwarf red tomatoes,while green or far red light supplementation significantly increased the soluble protein content in the leaves of dwarf red tomato.In summary,the green light supplementation inhibits the growth of dwarf red tomato seedlings,while far red light promotes the growth.The bilateral supplementation has stronger effect than unilateral supplementation,and far red light with bilateral supplementation has the best promoting effect.
