2024年上半年中国马铃薯市场形势回顾和后期展望
China's Potato Market Situation in the First Half of 2024 and Its Future Prospects
摘要
Abstract
Due to the increase in winter potato production and the excessive inventory of autumn potatoes,the potato market prices in the first four months of 2024 decreased year-on-year;under the combined effects of increased spring potato production,decreased potato quality,and low vegetable prices,the potato market prices continued to decline year-on-year from May to June 2024.Overall,the potato market prices in the first half of 2024 were lower than that during the same period last year.However,based on the same period values in the past 10 years,in descending order,the potato prices in the first half of this year ranked fifth and were generally at a moderate level.Due to the expansion of planting areas for both spring and autumn potatoes this year,it is expected that the potato market price will continue to decline year-on-year in the second half of the year without large-scale and sustained natural disasters.At present,the potato industry still faces problems such as large fluctuations in potato prices,low production technology levels,and insufficient brand protection.Based on this,various regions should promote production and sales integration,increase scientific and technological research and development promotion,and strengthen brand protection to further promote the high-quality development of China's potato industry.关键词
