Development Situation and Strategic Countermeasures of Rice Industry in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract
Heilongjiang province is a major agricultural province and an important base for high-quality rice production and commodity grain supply in China.It is also a designated japonica rice production protection zone by the country.Developing and strengthening rice industry in Heilongjiang province is of great strategic significance for maintaining social stability,promoting economic development,and ensuring food security.In response to the current challenges of trade uncertainty and the demand for stable grain production and supply,how to expand,optimize,and strengthen the rice industry in Heilongjiang province is a key task for agricultural and rural modernization in the new era.In order to implement the national food security strategy under the new situation,deepen the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,and implement the rice revitalization plan,this article summarized and sorted out the current situation of the rice industry in Heilongjiang province from 2015 to 2021,analyzed existing problems,and proposed a series of countermeasures and measures from quality improvement,agricultural machinery and equipment,technology promotion,revenue growth,and processing upgrading,aiming to enhance the rice production capacity of Heilongjiang province and strengthen the comprehensive utilization of products,promote farmers'income growth and prosperity,connect key links in the development of rice industry chain,and achieve sustainable and high-quality development of the rice industry in Heilongjiang province.关键词
