菠菜品质育种研究进展OA北大核心CSTPCD
Research Progress on Spinach Quality Breeding
菠菜含有丰富的营养物质,在世界范围内均有种植和消费.本文从外观品质、营养品质以及加工品质3个方面对菠菜品质育种研究进行了阐述,菠菜外观品质主要受基因、温度、光质、水质、肥料、激素等因素的影响;营养品质主要受基因、品种、栽培模式和播种期、肥料及其他因素的影响;加工品质主要受加工方式的影响.进一步提出了菠菜高营养品质育种的对策和建议,以期为我国菠菜品质育种过程中种质资源的筛选和创制提供参考.
Spinach is rich in nutrients,cultivated and consumed worldwide.This article described the quality breeding of spinach from three aspects:appearance quality,nutritional quality and processing quality.The appearance quality of spinach was mainly affected by genetics,temperature,light quality,water quality,fertilizer and hormones.The nutritional quality was mainly affected by genetics,variety,cultivation pattern and sowing period,fertilizers,and other factors.The processing quality was mainly affected by processing mode.Lastly,countermeasures and suggestions for breeding spinach with high nutritional quality are proposed.This article provides reference for the screening and creation of germplasm resources in the process of spinach quality breeding in China.
