Research Progress on Spinach Quality Breeding

Abstract
Spinach is rich in nutrients,cultivated and consumed worldwide.This article described the quality breeding of spinach from three aspects:appearance quality,nutritional quality and processing quality.The appearance quality of spinach was mainly affected by genetics,temperature,light quality,water quality,fertilizer and hormones.The nutritional quality was mainly affected by genetics,variety,cultivation pattern and sowing period,fertilizers,and other factors.The processing quality was mainly affected by processing mode.Lastly,countermeasures and suggestions for breeding spinach with high nutritional quality are proposed.This article provides reference for the screening and creation of germplasm resources in the process of spinach quality breeding in China.关键词
