Abstract
Primary ciliary dyskinesia is a group of genetic heterogeneous diseases originating from the airway.It has various clinical manifestations with complex diagnostic methods,and there is no recognized gold standard for diagnosis at present.Compared with other examination methods,the detection of nasal nitric oxide is simple and non-invasive,and the price is relatively low.It is used more and more in the screening of primary ciliary dyskinesia in children.This paper mainly discusses the application of nasal nitric oxide detection in the diagnosis of primary ciliary dyskinesia in children.关键词
