摘要
Abstract
Hemolysis,elevated liver enzymes and low platelet count syndrome(HELLP syndrome)is a serious complication of pregnancy.It's a severe form of pre-eclampsia.In addition,HELLP syndrome is a class of syndromes named after the clinical manifestations and clinical indicators of the disease,which is not only related to preeclampsia,but is characterized by di-versity,non-specificity,multiple organ damage,and high maternal and infant mortality.In clinical work,it is important to dig deeply into the real pathogenesis and etiology behind it,identify early,diagnosis cor-rectly and treat timely to improve the outcome of mothers and infants.关键词
