Reconsideration of the clinical application of prenatal fetal intrauterine monitoring and as-sessment methods
摘要
Abstract
The main objective of antepartum fetal monitoring and assessment is to reduce stillbirth rates and intervene promptly with high-risk fetuses to minimize adverse obstetric outcomes.Current methods include fetal movement counts,electronic fetal heart monitoring,and ultrasound examinations.Despite their widespread application,there is a lack of evidence regarding their effectiveness in improving outcomes.Therefore,there is a need to reassess the clinical sig-nificance and effectiveness of these monitoring methods to guide their appropriate use.This article provides an overview of various methods and their evidence of ef-fectiveness,aiming to provide evidence for clinical practice.关键词
