Current state and progress of pathological morphology research in chronic pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Pathological examination is one of the main bases for the diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis(CP).This review comprehensively summarizes the current status and progress of research related to the pathological morphology of chronic pancreatitis,and briefly describes the methods of pancreatic tissue collection,the characteristic pathological morphological changes of CP,and the CP pathological score rating system.This article discusses the application of pathological morphology in the diagnosis of CP according to the diagnostic criteria of CP in domestic and foreign guidelines,and also puts forward thoughts on the future research direction of CP pathology,hoping to comprehensively introduce the value of pancreatic pathology in the diagnosis of CP and the problems that need to be solved urgently in the future.关键词
