Advances in the etiology of chronic pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Chronic pancreatitis(CP)is a chronic,progressive inflammatory disease of pancreatic tissue.Common causes of CP include alcohol consumption,smoking,genetics,autoimmunity,hypercalcemia,hyperlipidemia,etc.,and some patients who cannot identify the cause are called idiopathic CP.Alcohol consumption is the most common cause in adults with CP,while hereditary CP is more common in adolescents.The etiological composition of CP varies among different countries and regions,with alcoholic CP being the main disease in Western countries and Japan,while more than half of the patients in China are idiopathic CP.This article reviews the research progress related to the etiology of CP.关键词
