慢性胰腺炎患者肌少症研究进展
Research progress of chronic pancreatitis complicated with sarcopenia
摘要
Abstract
Chronic pancreatitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the pancreatic tissue caused by multiple factors.Sarcopenia is a complication of chronic pancreatitis,characterized by loss in muscle mass and performance,which is associated with increased adverse outcomes including falls,fractures and mortality.However,the diagnosis rate of sarcopenia in chronic pancreatitis is low due to insufficient clinical attention.Given the negative correlation between sarcopenia and the prognosis of patients with chronic pancreatitis,it is essential to raise awareness among clinical practitioners about sarcopenia.This article provides a review of the epidemiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,therapies and prognosis of chronic pancreatitis complicated with sarcopenia.The objective is to enhance healthcare professionals'understanding of sarcopenia,facilitate early diagnosis and intervention,and ultimately improve the long-term prognosis of patients with chronic pancreatitis.关键词
