Effects of aging and Helicobacter pylori infection on chronic gastritis
目的 分析增龄与幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染对慢性胃炎患病及严重程度的影响.方法 回顾性分析2021年6月至2022年5月于首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院消化科行内镜检查且有Hp信息的慢性胃炎且无其他胃内病变的患者.按照年龄分为≤45岁,45～65岁,≥65岁3组.结果 纳入1841例慢性胃炎患者,男性872例(47.4％),女性969例(52.6％),慢性非萎缩性胃炎694例(37.7％),慢性萎缩性胃炎1147…查看全部>>
