增龄与幽门螺杆菌感染对慢性胃炎的影响研究
Effects of aging and Helicobacter pylori infection on chronic gastritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of aging and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection to the prevalence and severity of chronic gastritis.Methods From June,2021 to May,2022,patients who underwent upper endoscopy examination in Beijing Friendship Hospital were recruited.We selected chronic gastritis patients with Hp information and without other visible lesions.The clinical results were analyzed depending on different ages(≤45,45-65,≥65).Results In this study,a total of 1841 chronic gastritis patients were recruited,including 872 males(47.4％)and 969 females(52.6％).Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)was found to be 62.3％,while non-chronic atrophic gastritis was 37.7％.The positivity of Hp infection was higher in CAG patients than the non-CAG(38.4％vs.11.8％,P＜0.05),and the same result was showed when compared females with males(25.0％vs.24.8％,P＜0.05).The prevalence and severity of CAG increased with age(P＜0.05),however,the Hp positivity decreased with advanced age(P＜0.05),especially when patients more than 65 years old.Conclusion Overall chronic gastritis is common in general population.The prevalence and severity of CAG increases with Hp infection and aging.关键词
