FT4水平及FT4/FT3比值鉴别垂体性甲状腺功能减退和低T3综合征的有效性研究
Efficiency of the FT4 level and FT4/FT3 ratio in distinguishing pituitary hypothyroidism from low T3 syndrome

Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of FT4 level and FT4/FT3 ratio in the differential diagnosis of Pituitary hypothyroidism and low T3 syndrome.Methods From August 2010 to January 2022,clinical data of 161 cases(including 65 cases of low T3 syndrome,47 cases of pituitary hypothyroidism and 49 cases of normal thyroid function)were collected from Beijing Chaoyang Hospital.The differences in FT4 level and FTJFT3 ratio among the three groups were compared.ROC curve analysis was used to analyze the FT4 level and FT4/FT3 ratio to identify the effectiveness of pituitary hypothyroidism and low T3 syndrome,and to determine the best critical value.Results When FT4＜0.82 ng/dL and/or FT4/FT3 ratio＜0.45,the patient was more likely to be with pituitary hypothyroidism.Conclusion FT4 level and FT4/FT3 ratio can preliminarily distinguish pituitary hypothyroidism from low T3 syndrome.关键词
