改良TLIF与PLIF治疗老年性双侧腰椎管狭窄的效果对比
Comparison of the Efficacy of Modified TLIF and PLIF in the Treatment of Senile Bilateral Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Abstract
Objective:To study the efficacy of modified transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(TLIF)and posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF)in the treatment of senile bilateral lumbar spinal stenosis.Method:A total of 98 senile patients with bilateral lumbar spinal stenosis who received treatment in Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received PLIF treatment,and the observation group received modified TLIF treatment.The clinical indexes,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese Osteological Association(JOA)lumbar function score and interbody fusion rate were compared between the two groups.Result:There were significant differences in clinical indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).One month after surgery,there were no significant differences in VAS score and JOA lumbar function score between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after surgery,VAS score and JOA lumbar function score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,there was no significant difference in interbody fusion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after operation,the interbody fusion rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both modified TLIF and PLIF can improve the symptoms of lumbar and leg pain and spinal function in elderly patients with bilateral lumbar spinal stenosis,but modified TLIF is more conducive to early recovery of patients,and can reduce the pain degree and length of hospital stay of patients,which is relatively better than PLIF.The operation can be selected according to the specific conditions of patients in clinic.关键词
