通窍活血汤联合针刺治疗重度颅脑损伤的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and Acupuncture in the Treatment of Severe Traumatic Brain Injury

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of patients with severe traumatic brain injury(STBI).Method:A total of 80 STBI patients from February 2021 to January 2024 who were admitted in the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng were selected and randomly divided into the study group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the study group was given Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,prognosis,and hemorheological indicators in both groups were compared.Result:In the total effective rate of treatment,that in the study group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(77.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were decreased,and in comparison of the control group,that in the study group was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)scores in both groups were increased,and in comparison of the control group,that in the study group was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity(LBV)and whole blood high shear viscosity(HBV)in both groups were decreased,and in comparison of the control group,those in the study group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of STBI patients can improve clinical efficacy,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and improve prognosis and hemorheological indicators.关键词
