Effect of Xiaoer Resuqing Granules in Adjuvant Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children and the Impact on Immunoglobulins and Proinflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Xiaoer Resuqing Granules in adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumonia treated in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group by envelope random method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Xiaoer Resuqing Granules adjuvant treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores,immune indexes[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)],inflammatory factors[C reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),interleukin-6(IL-6)],blood routine[white blood cells(WBC),lymphocyte(LY),neutrality(NE),red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),platelet(PLT)]before and after treatment and clinical response rate between the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the scores of cough,fever and pulmonary rales in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,IgA,IgG and IgM in both groups were higher than those before treatment,CRP,ESR and IL-6 were lower than those before treatment,and IgA,IgG and IgM in traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those in control group,CRP,ESR and IL-6 were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,WBC levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there were no significant differences in LY,NE,RBC,Hb and PLT between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoer Resuqing Granules as adjuvant therapy for mycoplasma pneumonia in children is markedly effective.It can effectively alleviate inflammatory response and improve immune function in children.关键词
