我国中医药高校针灸专利申请现状与趋势分析
Analysis on the Status and Trend of Acupuncture Patent Applications in TCM Colleges and Universities in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To sort out the situation of acupuncture and moxibustion patent applications in TCM colleges and universities;To discuss the development status and changing trends in this field;To provide reference and suggestions for the future Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion patent applications.Methods The acupuncture and moxibustion patents collected in CNKI database from the establishment to October 1,2023 were searched and analyzed statistically from the aspects of annual trend,applicant,distribution region,application type and main technology distribution.Results 1 188 acupuncture patents were included,and the number of applications increased year by year;the top three applicants were Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Henan University of Chinese Medicine;the number of patents in the Central,Western,Eastern,and Northeastern regions are 343,425,324,and 96,respectively;the types of acupuncture invention patents in universities were mainly concentrated in utility model patents,involving acupuncture needles,moxibustion treatment devices and other technical fields.Conclusion At present,the number of patent applications in TCM colleges and universities is on the rise,and the patent structure is continuously optimized,but there is a phenomenon that the patent development level is relatively large in different universities and regions.In the future,grasp the technical focus shoudl be grasped and the changing trend of acupuncture research technology should be further grasped.关键词
