基于数据挖掘技术探讨耳穴疗法治疗抑郁症选穴规律
Exploration on the Selection Law of Auricular Acupoint Therapy for Depression Based on Data Mining Techniques

Abstract
Objective To explore the law for acupoint selection and compatibility of auricular acupoint therapy for the treatment of depression.Methods Literature about auricular acupoint therapy for the treatment of depression was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,and PubMed from the establishment of the databases to April 24,2023.Excel 2019 was used to establish a database of prescriptions for auricular acupoint therapy for the treatment of depression.SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS Statistics 26 and Cytoscape 3.8.2 were used to analyze the high frequency auricular acupoints and acupoints compatibility association.Results A total of 1 670 articles and 19 auricular acupoints were included,with a total frequency of 997 times;the auricular acupoints selected with high frequency included Shenmen,Heart,Liver,Pizhixia and Kidney,and the commonly used pairs of auricular acupoints were Heart-Shenmen,Heart-Liver,Shenmen-Liver.Conclusion Shenmen,Heart and Liver are the most commonly used acupoints in auricular acupuncture for depression,and their acupoint compatibility law follows the theoretical principles of"simultaneous treatment for brain and ea"and"the five viscera harboring the spirit".关键词
