真武汤治疗心力衰竭研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about Zhenwu Decoction in Treating Heart Failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically review the research literature about the treatment of heart failure with Zhenwu Decoction based on CiteSpace;To understand the current research status and hotspots in this field;To predict future development trends.Methods Research literature about the treatment of heart failure with Zhenwu Decoction was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and Sino Med from the establishment of the databases to July 20,2023.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to construct a knowledge graph of author and institutional collaboration networks,and construct a knowledge graph of keyword co-occurrence,clustering,timeline,and emergence.Results A total of 826 articles were included,and the annual publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend.The author with the highest publication volume was Li Wenjie,and a research teams represented by Li Wenjie,Cheng Xiaoyu,and Zhao Fenglin were formed;the research institution with the highest number of publications was the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The most frequently occurring keyword was"chronic heart failure".The keywords were clustered into 12 categories,with the most prominent keywords being"heart function","Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction",and"coronary heart disease".Conclusion Research on the treatment of heart failure with Zhenwu Decoction has seen a gradual rise in attention with the gradual expansion of clinical applications,but there has been less collaborative communication between authors and institutions.At present,cardiac function,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,network pharmacology,mechanism,coronary heart disease,and Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction are the hotspots of current research,and the hotspots of this field in the future may be the clinical efficacy and the mechanism of the Zhenwu Decoction combining with other formulas in the treatment of different types of heart failure.关键词
