基于CiteSpace的疏血通注射液研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on the Research Literature of Shuxuetong Injection Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the current status and hot trends of domestic research in the Shuxuetong Injection.Methods Research literature about Shuxuetong Injection was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and SinoMed from the establishment of the databases to June 2,2023.CiteSpace 6.1R6 software was used to analyze the co-occurrence of authors,institutions and keywords,and to draw a visualization map.Results A total of 3 924 articles were included,and the trend of publication first increased and then decreased.The authors with the most publications were Xie Yanming and Jiang Junjie;the publishing institutions were represented by the Institute of Clinical Basic Medicine of Chinese Medicine and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,with more cooperation between hospitals and universities in the same region and less cross-regional cooperation;high-frequency keywords included cerebral infarction,clinical efficacy,edaravone,blood rheology,unstable angina,etc.The keywords were clustered into 10 categories,with 20 highlighted keywords.Conclusion The main author teams and organizations are concentrated in the northern regions,such as Beijing and Inner Mongolia.The research focuses on clinical disease application,combination therapy,observation indicators,safety evaluation,and other aspects.The treatment of cerebrovascular diseases with Shuxuetong Injection is currently a research hotspot,and the combination of Shuxuetong Injection and Western medicine,as well as the exploration of adverse reactions to combined use,may be a key research direction in the future.关键词
