Abstract
Primary-level Party organizations deal with affair of the public and are the"last mile"to open up policies,and leaders with grass-roots Party organizations as the carrier have become the first responsible person to promote rural development and realize rural revitalization,and have become the key force to promote the implementation of various Party and state policies in rural areas.Therefore,as the link between the Party and the government and the people,the grass-roots leaders are not only the key to the harmony and stability of rural society,but also the key to the implementation of the decision-making and deployment of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Training and selecting excellent grass-roots Party leaders naturally becomes a key part of the revitalization of rural talents,and has important strategic significance for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.关键词
