财经素养促进乡村产业振兴人才发展研究
摘要
Abstract
In rural revitalization,industrial revitalization is the focus;in industrial revitalization,talent revitalization is the key.Rural industry revitalization talents have financial literacy,which will be of great significance to achieving common prosperity with high quality,providing high-effectiveness rural revitalization funds,and improving the personal literacy level of rural industry revitalization talents.However,affected by factors such as the conceptual shackles of"emphasizing skills over literacy"in rural areas,insufficient cultivation of rural industrial revitalization talents,and imperfect evaluation mechanisms for rural industrial revitalization talents,there are still difficulties in improving the financial literacy of rural industrial revitalization talents.To this end,we should promote leadership through publicity,make up for shortcomings through education and training,and use evaluation to help development methods to create a good atmosphere for the comprehensive development of talents,build a sound education and training system,and realize the organic connection between talent evaluation mechanisms and incentive mechanisms.Improve the comprehensive development of talents for rural industrial revitalization and promote rural revitalization with high quality.关键词
