"校地共建"医药类职业本科志愿服务体系赋能乡村振兴研究

Abstract
The issues of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"are related to the national economy and people's livelihood.Comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization is a major decision-making strategic deployment proposed by China.College students are the most dynamic group among youth groups.They place their hopes and future for their motherland.College student volunteer service is an effective form of empowering rural revitalization.Building a medical vocational undergraduate volunteer service system not only promotes rural construction and promotes the growth of college students,but also promotes the high-quality development of vocational education.There are problems in the college student volunteer service system that empowers rural revitalization,such as poor professionalism,weak service effectiveness,and imperfect service guarantee system.In response to the analysis of existing problems,it is proposed to implement the grid management of the volunteer service system,give full play to the superimposed effect of"university-locality joint construction",and establish feedback evaluation mechanisms and other methods to establish an effective volunteer service system and research path to empower rural revitalization,promote the ever-lasting renewal of the volunteer service system,and further promote the strategic implementation of rural revitalization,so as to promote the new development of agriculture and rural areas.关键词
