国际视域下的中国节水新坐标分析与节水建议
Analysis of China's water-saving benchmark and suggestions from an international perspective

Abstract
In the new era,China has achieved remarkable achievements in water-saving,realizing leapfrog development.Through literature review and field investigations,this study systematically summarizes China's achievements over the past decade in establishing a water conservation regulatory system,promoting agricultural water-saving efficiency,advancing industrial water-saving and emission reduction,building urban water-saving and loss reduction,and developing the water-saving industry.It compares and analyzes the current major water-saving indicators and levels of key industries both domestically and internationally.The results show that China's water-saving level has progressively moved from a follower to a parallel player,and in some fields and regions,to a leader.Overall,China's water-saving level has significantly advanced in the international water-saving benchmark.On this basis,the necessity and significance to establish a new international"water-saving benchmark"is put forward.Facing the challenges of water-saving technological innovation and industrial development in the future,this research proposes relevant suggestions for promoting high-quality water conservation development in China.关键词
