Discussions on development path of water-saving industry from the perspective of new quality productive forces

Abstract
The water-saving industry is a critical link in the emerging water industry chain.Promoting its healthy and rapid development is a key measure to develop new quality productive forces of water resources.To create a new format of the water-saving industry and promote high-quality development,this paper summarizes the main challenges faced by industry development in terms of industrial policies,endogenous driving force,and industrial agglomeration,based on a review of water-saving development in agriculture,industries,and the public service sector.Taking foundation evaluation,strategy consolidation,and development orientation as the main trunk,solutions are provided for water-saving industry development from the aspects of acquiring more knowledge on the basic conditions,conducting a systematic approach for planning,building a supporting chain,and strengthening market regulation,with consideration to the characteristics and connotations of new quality productive forces.关键词
