Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with massage on governor vessel and bladder meridian in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Method:A total of 176 children with allergic rhinitis treated in Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Subsidiary Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into combination group and control group,with 88 cases in each group.The control group was given Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets,and the combination group was given modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with massage on governor vessel and bladder meridian.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,adverse reactions and recurrence condition were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate and the recovery rate of the combination group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of both groups decreased,and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of combination group was lower than that of control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After stopping medication for 3 months,the recurrence rate of the combination group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with massage on governor vessel and bladder meridian in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis has a good effect,high security,and is a new way to treat pediatric allergic rhinitis..关键词
