益气养阴助阳法联合艾灸神阙穴治疗老年慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Invigorating Qi and Nourishing Yin and Assisting Yang Combined with Moxibustion Shenque Point on Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin and assisting Yang combined with moxibustion Shenque point on elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 106 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Baoding No.1 Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The 53 patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the 53 patients in the treatment group received invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin and assisting Yang treatment.The efficacy and safety,symptom scores,inflammatory factors and cardiac function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:(1)The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).(2)Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of symptoms between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and compared with the control group,the scores of symptoms such as palpitation,chest tightness and chest pain,shortness of breath,lower limb edema in the treatment group were significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cardiac function related indexes between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all the indicators related to cardiac function in the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,and compared with the control group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the treatment group was significantly higher,the 6 minutes walking distance was significantly longer,and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),and amino terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)were significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of various inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and compared with the control group,the hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the treatment group were significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with chronic heart failure,the effect of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin and assisting Yang combined with moxibustion Shenque point has better effect,which can improve the symptom score,cardiac function related indicators,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has good safety.关键词
