Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with total degradation sinus drug stent implantation in the treatment of chronic sinusitis(CRS)with nasal polyps.Method:A total of 70 patients with CRS with nasal polyps admitted to Dongguan Tungwah Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given nasal endoscopic surgery combined with Budesonide treatment,and the observation group was given nasal endoscopic surgery combined with total degradation sinus drug stent implantation treatment.The time indexes,sinus inflammation condition,nasal cavity condition before treatment and 1 month after surgery,complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The recovery time of nasal ventilation,mucosal recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,sinus CT Lund-Mackay scores,endoscopic Lund-Kennedy scores such as polyps,edema and nasal secretions scores were decreased in both groups,and sinus CT Lund-Mackay scores,endoscopic Lund-Kennedy scores such as polyps,edema,nasal secretions/scar and scab scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery combined with total degradation sinus drug stent implantation in the treatment of CRS patients with nasal polyps has a significant effect,which can significantly improve nasal symptoms and sinus CT and endoscopic scores,accelerate postoperative recovery,and reduce postoperative complications and long-term recurrence.关键词
