Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Licorzine Granules combined with Racecadotril in the treatment of viral infectious enteritis in children.Method:A total of 260 children with viral infectious enteritis who admitted to Nanping Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the study group(n=130)and the control group(n=130)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Racecadotril,and the study group was treated with Licorzine Granules combined with Racecadotril.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,immunoglobulin,inflammatory factors and intestinal flora were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 84.62%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.6740,P=0.0032).Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)and the numbers of Escherichia coli,Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group.the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Licorzine Granules combined with Racecadotril in children with viral infectious enteritis can improve the clinical effect,improve the intestinal flora and immunoglobulin levels,and effectively reduce the inflammatory response.关键词
