Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Tongbi Formula combined with traditional Chinese orthopedic chiropractic manipulation in lumbar disc herniation and its influence on MRI imaging and serum indexes of patients.Method:A total of 102 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated and treated in Quanzhou Quangang Ren'ai Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=50)according to the numerical arrangement table method.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine bone injury chiropractic manipulation,and the observation group was given Bushen Tongbi prescription on the basis of the control group.Oswestry disability index(ODI),Lumbar spine Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation and Treatment(JOA)score,visual analog scale(VAS),serum inflammatory factors,MRI imaging indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in scores,serum inflammatory factors and MRI imaging indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).VAS scores,ODI scores,levels of serum inflammatory factors and MRI imaging indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,but JOA scores were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 78.85%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Tongbi Formula combined with traditional Chinese orthopedic chiropractic manipulation is conducive to improving the pain degree of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improving the recovery of lumbar function,improving clinical MRI imaging indexes,reducing inflammatory response and improving clinical efficacy.关键词
