Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qingzhong Jiangzhuo Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis of liver-stomach heat stagnation type.Method:A total of 70 patients with reflux esophagitis of liver-stomach stagnated heat type who diagnosed in the Outpatient Department of Spleen and Stomach Department of Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Qingzhong Jiangzhuo Decoction on the basis of the control group,two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,endoscopic esophageal mucosal grading and reflux diagnostic questionnaire(RDQ)score were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the clinical symptom score and RDQ score between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the clinical symptom scores and RDQ scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The endoscopic esophageal mucosal grading in the treatment group after treatment was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingzhong Jiangzhuo Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis of liver-stomach heat stagnation type,which can protect and repair the esophageal mucosa,improve clinical symptoms.关键词
