厚朴排气合剂联合腹腔镜下阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎患者的效果
Effect of Houpu Paiqi Heji Combined with Laparoscopic Appendectomy in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Appendicitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Houpu Paiqi Heji combined with laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of patients with acute appendicitis(AA).Method:A total of 62 AA patients who admitted to Pinghe County Hospital from December 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random lottery method,with 31 cases in each group.Two groups were given laparoscopic appendectomy,the control group was treated with conventional medicine after operation,the observation group was given Houpu Paiqi Heji on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,gastrointestinal function recovery time and inflammation index of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%,which was higher than 80.65%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the times of bowel sound recovery,anal exhaust,first defecation and first eating in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group at 7 d of treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Houpu Paiqi Heji combined with laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of AA patients is more effective,which can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and reduce the inflammatory response.关键词
