Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Yousiyue),Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets Composite Packaging(Fenmatong)on β-endorphin(β-EP)and enkephalin(ENK)and endometrial receptivity in patients after uterine clearance surgery for missed abortion.Method:A total of 102 patients after uterine clearance surgery for missed abortion treated in Suzhou Yongding Hospital from August 2022 to November 2023 was retrospectively selected.They were divided into Yousiyue group(n=22)and Fenmatong group(n=80)according to different medication methods.The Yousiyue group was given the Yousiyue,the Fenmatong group was given Fenmatong.Postoperative recovery indexes,endometrial receptivity indexes before and 1 month after surgery and cytokines indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The recurrence time of menstruation in Fenmatong group was shorter than that in Yousiyue group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,Salle score and endometrial thickness in Fenmatong group were higher than those in Yousiyue group,and pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were lower than those in Yousiyue group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,β-EP and ENK levels in Fenmatong group were lower than those in Yousiyue group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Fenmatong is more beneficial to endometrial repair and reduce serum β-EP and ENK levels after uterine clearance surgery for missed abortion than Yousiyue,and promote postoperative rehabilitation.关键词
