Abstract
This paper summarizes the development of a large-scale converter steelmaking flue gas ultra-purification and resource recycling equipment system in China's steel industry to achieve the"dual carbon"target.In response to the issue of large amounts of waste gas and solid waste generated during the large-scale converter steelmaking process,China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,has developed several key technologies including an ultra-large cylindrical electrostatic precipitator,a multifunctional intelligent spray dedusting cooler,constant frequency pump constant pressure water supply technology,flexible and precise gas regulation equipment,and an intelligent control model.The application of these technologies significantly improves dedusting efficiency,reduces energy consumption,and ensures ultra-low emission of flue gas,while also achieving the circular utilization of high-quality resources.The overall technology for ultra-cleaning and recovery of large converter flue gas reaches the international advanced level,providing important support for the green and low-carbon transformation of China's steel industry.关键词
