基于数值模拟的20MoCr4钢温成形特征研究
Study on the warm forming characteristic of 20MoCr4 steel based on numerical simulation

Abstract
20MoCr4 steel is a kind of excellent high strength and low-alloy steel for gear,gear ring and other key automotive parts.To study and obtain the material property is the precondition for designing automotive parts and planning their forming process.The detailed and comprehensive mechanical and thermos-physical properties of 20MoCr4 steel with wide temperature range(25~1 200℃)are obtained based on the modelling software JMatPro for materials properties.The results indicated that a discontinuity of change for stress presents in the temperature range of 500~750℃,and the discontinuity of change for thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity presents in the temperature range of 700~850℃,and 580~780℃is the suitable temperature range for 20MoCr4 steel.The material data and the research results provide the basis for thermal-mechanical coupling finite element analysis of 20MoCr4 steel warm forming processes as such rolling process.关键词
