Study on dynamic characteristics of roll-bearing system and influence of rolling parameter
摘要
Abstract
By changing the rolling speed,the amount of depression and the size of the rolling piece,the rolling parameters of the composite laminate were carried out on the horizontal two-high experimental rolling mill.The dynamic response and rolling force of the roll-bearing system are acquired and measured by accelerometers and rolling force sensors,and the test results are compared and analyzed,then the influence law of rolling speed,depression amount and rolling piece size on the dynamic characteristics of the roll-bearing system is obtained.The results show that the rolling speed,the amount of depression and the size of the rolling piece have an important influence on the dynamic characteristics of the roll-bearing system,and the rolling speed has the greatest influence on the dynamic characteristics of the roll-bearing system.The research results are of great significance for improving the dynamic characteristics of the roll-bearing system,suppressing the vibration of the rolling mill and improving the quality of the rolling parts.关键词
