Theoretical analysis and experimental research on productivity of eccentric roll crusher
摘要
Abstract
Productivity,as one of the key indicators for assessing the performance of crushers,holds significant importance in guiding production practices.However,there is currently limited research on eccentric roll crushers,and the methods for calculating productivity remain unclear.This paper establishes a dynamic model of the roll body motion and a material flow model through analysis,thereby developing a productivity calculation method specific to eccentric roll crushers.Finally,experimental validation in the laboratory demonstrates the effectiveness of this calculation method,indicating its capability to accurately determine the productivity of eccentric roll crushers.关键词
