摘要

Abstract

Waste heat generated from high-temperature solid granules in China each year is about 170 million tons of standard coal,of which 60%has not been effectively recovered.The fixed bed indirect heat exchanger has the advantages of flexible selection of heat transfer medium,generation of clean recycled waste energy,which has become one of the most promising direction of high-temperature solid waste heat recovery.And the key to its development lies in improving the heat transfer coefficient of the particle fixed bed.Therefore,a"small torque,large mixing"mixing device is established in the study based on the principle of plow body surface.Through particle mixing,high-temperature particles far away from the heat exchange surface could be directly transported to the heat exchange surface,changing the"heat conduction"in the fixed bed to"heat transport".As a result,the permeation thermal resistance in the fixed bed can be effectively reduced and the heat transfer is enhanced.
