精细化饮食护理结合情志护理对食管癌患者术后康复效果的影响OA
Impact of refined diet nursing combined with emotional nursing on the postoperative rehabilitation effect of esophageal cancer patients
目的 探讨食管癌患者应用精细化饮食护理结合情志护理对其术后康复效果的影响.方法 本次研究对象为2022年1～10月在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院行食管癌根治术的80例患者,并按照随机数字表法进行分组.其中,对照组40例患者采用常规护理,观察组40例患者采用精细化饮食护理结合情志护理.比较2组患者的营养状态、胃肠道功能恢复情况以及希望水平等指标.结果 出院时及出院1个月后,2组的总蛋白、白蛋白和血红蛋白水平与同组入院时相比均升高(P均＜0.05)…查看全部>>
