Application of health education and walking training in the continuous care for patients with atrial fibrillation and heart failure
目的 探讨健康教育联合步行训练在心房颤动(简称"房颤")合并心力衰竭(简称"心衰")患者延续性护理中的应用效果.方法 选取南京医科大学附属常州第二人民医院2020年8月至2021年8月收治的98例房颤合并心衰患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾分析,根据护理干预方案的不同分为2组,各49例.对照组实施常规护理和出院指导,观察组实施健康教育及步行训练的延续性护理指导.对比2组的应用效果.结果 出院6个月后,观察组心功能Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级患者的6分钟步行试…查看全部>>
