Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pain control combined with damage control theory based strategies in patients with multiple injuries and pelvic fractures.Methods A total of 86 patients with multiple injuries combined with pelvic fractures admitted to Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Patients admitted from January 2021 to April 2022 were included in the control group(43 cases),and patients admitted from May 2022 to September 2023 were included in the observation group(43 cases).The degree of pain,comfort,recovery and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of intervention,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in both groups decreased compared to before the intervention,and the scores of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in both groups increased compared to before the intervention.Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower VAS scores and higher GCQ scores,and the differences in the above comparisons were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).On the 28th day after surgery,compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher rate of excellent postoperative recovery and lower overall incidence of complications,with statistically significant differences(both P＜0.05).Conclusion Providing pain control and strategy intervention based on damage control theory to patients with multiple injuries and pelvic fractures can better alleviate their pain level,improve their comfort,facilitate postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
