Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of segmented Kegel exercise combined with acupoint massage on bladder function in cervical cancer patients.Methods Clinical data of 100 cervical cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment at West China Xiamen Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2021 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into an observation group(49 cases)and a control group(51 cases).The control group received routine nursing and acupoint massage,while the observation group received segmented Kegel exercise based on acupoint massage.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After calculating the total incidence of complications in the two groups,it was found that the observation group had a lower incidence(P＜0.05).The relevant data of clinical indicators(residual urine volume,recovery time of exhaust,recovery time of spontaneous urination,time of first ambulation activity,and catheterization retention time)of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).At the 3rd and 7th week after surgery,the bladder pressure during storage,urethral distribution pressure during storage,and bladder pressure during urination in both groups were higher than those on the 1 st day after surgery,and the urethral distribution pressure during urination was lower than those on the 1 st day after surgery(all P＜0.05).Moreover,the bladder function indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group during the same period(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Segmented Kegel exercise combined with acupoint massage can improve bladder function and clinical indicators in cervical cancer patients undergoing surgery,reducing the risk of complications.关键词
