摘要
Abstract
Objective:To systematically sort out the global invention patent data of Ginkgo Folium,mine patent information,so as to provide reference for its further development and utilization.Methods:Based on incoPat database,the global Ginkgo Folium related in-vention patents were analyzed from the aspects of patent number trend,international distribution,domestic distribution,application field,patent value and technology market.Results & Conclusion:Ginkgo Folium related invention patent applications are active,and the num-ber of applications shows an increasing trend.Global patents are mainly distributed in China,South Korea,Japan and other countries,a-mong which China occupies an absolute dominant position.The direction of global technology research and development has expanded from traditional Chinese medicine and food to agricultural fertilizer,biochemistry,daily chemical products,and the hot topics are still dominated by traditional Chinese medicine and food.There is a large space for the marketization of Ginkgo Folium patents in China.It should continue to promote in-depth cooperation and promote the healthy development of industrialization of scientific research achieve-ments.关键词
