太子参新品种'贵参1号'生产适应性分析
Growth Adaptability Analysis of the New Variety of Pseudostellaria heterophylla'Guishen No.1'

Abstract
Objective:To explore the growth adaptability of the new variety of Pseudostellaria heterophylla,so as to provide guid-ance for the popularization and application of new varieties.Methods:The growth,disease resistance,yield and quality of three varieties of Pseudostellaria heterophylla were investigated in nine experimental sites of Guizhou province by plot experiment and regional produc-tion experiment.Results:Compared with the variety'Shitai No.1'and regional variety,the new variety'Guishen No.1'had a better advantage on the agronomic traits of aboveground parts,including plant height,leaf size,numbers of flower.The virus disease rate of strain and leaf were significantly decreased,only 2.53％and 9.09％,respectively.The average yield of medicinal materials per mu reached 389 kg,which was about 120％higher than that of regional variety.The shape of medicinal material was closer to fusiform.The weight of single drug was significant higher than regional variety and the proportion of first and second class drugs increased significantly than'Shitai No.1'and regional variety,and the proportion of ungraded decreased significantly.The quality of the medicinal materials were all in line with the regulations,the water-soluble extract,ash contents were 45％,2.6％,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in'Shitai No.1'.The moisture,cychic peptide B,polysaccharide contents were 8.9％,0.0127％,27％,respectively,which had no significant difference with the'Shitai No.1'and regional variety.Conclusion:Considering the growth,disease resistant,yield and quality,the new variety of Pseudostellaria heterophylla'Guishen NO.1'has a strong adaptability from the east to the west in Guizhou province,it is a good variety to be popularized and planted.关键词
